Shipping policy
Orders are shipped daily and most orders arrive between 1 – 3 days for cities and 3 – 5 days for country locations & 7-10 Days for remote and WA from order receipt.
We have an inbuilt freight calculator where shipping cost is determined based on weight, dimensions or your parcel as well as distance from our location in Ashmore to your location.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automatic tracking notification. We unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for your parcel has been collected by your chosen courier. We can however in the event of a parcel delay put in an enquiry on our end to get a resolution.
