Black Friday Sale FAQ's

1. Sale Duration

  • The Black Friday Sale runs from 11:59 AM on November 22 to 11:59 PM on December 1, 2024. 
  • All orders must be placed within this period to qualify for Black Friday discounts.

2. Eligibility

  • This sale is open to all customers worldwide.
  • All visitors are eligible for the Black Friday discount; no additional sign-ups are required.

3. Discounts and Promotions

  • This is a site wide sale; all products are eligible for the discount unless otherwise specified.
  • A further discount will be applied at checkout using the designated Black Friday discount code provided on our website: BF20
  • No additional discounts, promotions, or loyalty points can be combined with this offer.
  • If the code is not applied upon checkout we will not be able to reimburse you for the difference. 

4. Exclusions

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or otherwise indicated may be excluded from return or exchange options but are still eligible for the Black Friday discount.
  • No other exclusions apply unless specified on individual product pages.

5. Dispatch, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Due to high order volumes, dispatch times may extend to 2-3 business days.
  • Our team is working extended hours to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges in line with our regular return policy unless marked “Final Sale.”
  • Refunds will be processed based on the discounted purchase price, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout to complete your order.
  • Orders with payment issues will not be processed, and items will not be held.

8. Order Adjustments and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once submitted, so please review carefully before completing checkout.
  • Cancellations may not be possible after processing begins, depending on order status. 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
  • We reserve the right to amend, extend, or cancel the sale or these terms without prior notice.
