Karl Mayer machines control exactly how each fibre is looped, tensioned, and locked into the fabric structure, which means consistent pile height, exceptional dimensional stability, and zero loose fibres that could contaminate a fresh coating.

At 350GSM and a verified 70/30 polyester-to-polyamide blend, the pearl knit structure gives you a surface that's plush enough to lift and trap excess coating product without dragging across the paint - critical when you're working with fast-flashing ceramics or tight levelling windows. The edgeless construction eliminates any risk of edge-induced marring, so you can work panel edges and curves with confidence.
