Buffing Pad Washer

Our very own self-containing cleaning system for polishing pads has the ability to deeply clean your microfibre, wool and foam pads.

Prolonging your automotive pads service life, this washer is equipped with an independent cleaning system that is both water saving and efficient. Quick Rotation speed, and it is simple and convenient to rotate in the barrel, high efficiency.

The Pad Washer is a completely enclosed pad washing system that cleans and dries used polishing pads.

Bucket Size: 39cm x 31cm

Material: High quality PP material, impact resistant, durable to use.

Prepare the Washer:

1. Place the washer on a stable surface near a water source and a drain.

2. Fill the washer bucket with clean water to one inch below the rim. Ensure that the turning wheels are submerged under water. This will enable the water to be bought up from under the plate for successful washing.

3. Place your soiled pad back onto your DA machine. The pad doesn't need any electricity. There is power already produced by your polisher machine. The rotation of the polisher agitates and cleans the pad in seconds.

4. Simply insert the pad into the pad washer, turn on your polisher and let the grid insert clean and dry your buffing pads.

Leave to air dry and repeat as necessary!
